About the role
We are looking to expand the team with 2 new Talent Acquisition Partners; one to Stockholm and one to Oslo. Your daily focus will be to conduct recruitments from A-Z in close relation to our recruiting leaders. You will be responsible for recruitments within IT/tech as well as recruitments to the business side of If. The role also consists of working with employer branding activities as well as contributing to the development of our recruitment tools and systems. Together we will strive towards creating a positive and inspiring candidate experience, with the ambition of getting the right person to the right place.
About the team
The roles are placed in the Tech & Specialist TA team and you will report to the Team lead of Tech & Specialist TA. You will be part of a welcoming, talented, and inclusive team who motivates each other in everyday work. The team consists of 5 TA Partners in the Nordics and Baltics, as well as 2 part-time coordinators. You will also be part of the greater TA organization, consisting of over 20 dedicated TA Partners.
Besides working with your HR-colleagues, you will have daily contact with recruiting leaders, as well as our communication and marketing function. They will support you to succeed and encourage you in your development journey in If. In this role, you will be an important business driver and you will continuously have opportunities to set your mark in the organization.

Who are you?
Your ambition is to have a core role in all aspects of leading successful recruitments in our organization. You are self-motivated with a passion for the field of HR and Talent Acquisition. Your inner drive is strong, and you have a talent for building trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring leaders. You also have a sense of responsibility, a proven ability to work well under pressure and are capable of adapting and responding to change. Together with HR-colleagues, recruiting leaders, and other stakeholders, you have the curiosity needed to find the best solutions.
You also have:
- Relevant academic/university degree
- At least 2 years of experience with leading full-cycle recruitments, preferably from tech/IT and business roles
- Good understanding of the candidate journey from attraction to hire
- Interest in the field of employer branding
- Interest in and experience from using HR tools and systems
- Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian (depending on location) and English, both written and verbal
Additional facts and the recruitment process:
Application deadline: Screening and interviewing will begin mid-August. However, the deadline to apply is September 1st, 2024.
Process: For a fair recruitment process, after the first screening we are using tests as the first step to assess potential and match with the position. Relevant candidates are then invited to an interview.
