Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and recommend compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Operations: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee data management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Salary Range: $104,000 - $135,000
