**Position - Campus Administrator**

**Reports to**: Campus Director

**Compensation**: $50,000 to $60,000/yr + benefits

**Position Description**:
The Campus Administrator’s primary responsibility is proactively managing and organizing the College’s CRM platform and data. They are also the first point of contact for campus visitors, students and staff, and this person will be proactively responsible for the smooth operation of the campus on a day-to-day basis. A highly successful Campus Administrator ensures problems are solved before they happen, or get out of control. As the key point of contact for the college, they deal directly with the public and must represent the core values of the college.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the integration and operation of the campus CRM (Zoho).
- Manage all inbound leads, follow-up and scheduling.
- Front desk reception and operations at the college including incoming mail, visitors, calls and student requests.
- Maintain campus records, including all policies, approvals, and other documents as required by the Ministry and the operation of the College.
- Proactively troubleshoot daily operations.
- Support the Campus Director and Marketing Manager for scheduling meetings, events, and follow-up.
- Manage the customer service process and the student complaint process.
- Responsible for opening the campus each morning (7:00 AM).
- Serve as the Campus Administrator for Ministry purposes (inspector visits, correspondence, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Must feel part of the mission and culture of Trade Smart College.
- Must have extensive knowledge of CRM operations, preferably Zoho.
- Must be able to prioritize multiple, sometimes competing, tasks with ease.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, in person, on the phone and in written correspondence.
- Must have a proactive approach to the position as the key support for college operations.
- Must be comfortable with taking initiative and using good judgement.
- Must have a growth mindset and be willing to give and accept criticism so that all members of the college can improve.
- Must be detail-oriented and have experience with Quickbooks (or other bookkeeping software) and the principles of records management.
- Must have experience managing calendars and appointment setting
- Must have experience in similar roles with other organizations.
- Takes initiative to take on new tasks and responsibilities as required

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background working within the trades
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Knowledge of Event coordination
- Experience and comfort with sales processes is considered an asset
- Drivers License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
