CIC offers the Total Care Education System to support students to achieve their goal of getting into a post-secondary institution of their choice. Our Total Care Education provides services that can support international students to meet their Academic, Social, Emotional and Physical needs.

Job Requirements:
Support Campus Store operations through clerical and administrative duties

Offer student services in the form of taking payment, invoicing and selling various tickets

Open and distribute mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Organize, streamline and prepare documents for filing

Maintenance/cleanliness of front desk and office space

Provide administrative backup as requested

Carry out transactions for the students following standard operating procedures

Ensure complete accuracy when processing transactions and maintains internal controls

Document current processes and suggests efficiencies

Track and maintain inventory levels of stock at the Campus Store (textbooks, uniforms, etc.)

Ensure that our students/parents/customers are provided polite, friendly and fast service

File accounts receivable information in student’s files

Ensure that all fax machines and photocopiers in the administration office are functioning properly

Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- College diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related field is preferred
- Experience in a high school setting is an asset
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to multi-task in a high pressure role
- Team player
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)

Hours of Operation:

- Monday to Friday: Core working hours
- Flexibility is required
