We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a position at our North American Headquarters located in Edmonton, Alberta. This exciting opportunity will allow you to showcase your analytic and support skills, with a focus on training and roll out. This position is ideal for someone who likes the challenge of learning complex processes and systems quickly and is a clear and effective communicator.

Here's how a Business Systems Analyst for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Elicits, reviews, analyzes, and validates systems and user needs.
- Documents stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements and participates in gaining signoff.
- Participates in the planning and writing of business cases.
- Assists with the definitions and scopes of design initiatives.
- Develops use cases that support requirements analysis, functional designs, user acceptance testing, and training material.
- Documents and analyzes data requirements and leads the business verification of data-conversion activities.
- Identifies training needs by completing needs analyses.
- Writes and gains signoff on pilot and training plans.
- Prepares training data and conditions and creates and updates training materials, and delivers training as required.
- Conducts end user training.
- Participates in pilots and rollouts.
- Develops user acceptance test plans, data, and conditions. Coordinates, documents, and executes user acceptance testing, including the tracking of issues and reporting on statuses.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints.
- Ability to work independently and in a team by collaborating to solve problems.
- Ability to independently conduct effective meetings and give presentations in support of various projects and deliverables.
- Experience with change management methodologies.
