Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join their ERP Business Analyst Team and play a key role in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in complex large-scale SAP ERP project implementations, with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources functional areas. They will work closely with the business clients and business areas, performing activities such as interviewing business clients, planning, executing, and supporting requirements, and translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working on concurrent projects spanning multiple business areas, business processes, and technical environments. They will also have experience in developing and reviewing test strategies, test cases, test scripts, test plans, conducting System Integration Testing, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and leading testing.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and documenting process maps/models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to clarify and validate processes with the business and guide development and implementation teams. They will also have experience with risk management, issues management, and change management.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP implementation, preferably SAP solution, and specific experience in Finance, including General Ledger and Fixed Asset Management. Nice to have skills include experience with planning, creating, organizing, scheduling, prioritizing, and executing business analysis activities, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, and defining measurable evaluation criteria.
Vantix Systems Inc offers a remote work opportunity within Canada, and the successful candidate will be able to work 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business clients and business areas to gather, analyze, validate, verify, document, and approve process flows/requirements
- Develop and review test strategies, test cases, test scripts, test plans, and conduct System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on ERP implementation

Nice to Have Skills:
