Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join their ERP Business Analyst Team and play a key role in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation of their client.
The ideal candidate will have experience in complex large-scale SAP ERP project implementations, with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources functional areas. They will work closely with the business clients and areas, performing activities such as interviewing, planning, executing, and supporting requirements, as well as triaging user requirement issues/problems.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements and non-functional requirements, comprehensible to various team members, including technical teams, solution/data architects, and project team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and reviewing test strategies, test cases, test scripts, test plans, conducting System Integration Testing, and leading testing
- Defect management, logging, tracking, and resolution during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases
- Process map/models development, specifications, diagrams, and charts to clarify and validate processes with the business and guide development and implementation teams
- Risk management, issues management, and change management
- ERP implementation, preferably SAP solution, with experience in Finance, General Ledger, and Fixed Asset Management
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in planning, creating, organizing, scheduling, prioritizing, and executing business analysis activities, including approval processes throughout the project.
Additionally, they should have experience in facilitating requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, and defining measurable evaluation criteria to assess the success of the change.
