**About the role**:
Reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will assist in submitting warranty claims, preparing all necessary warranty documentation, and investigating warranty issues. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a great work environment and even better people

**Responsibilities**:

- Submit all warranty claims within agreed-upon timeframes
- Accurately collect and transfer all warranty information to claims forms
- Ensure parts are included with claim submissions when required
- Work collaboratively with other personnel to ensure accurate and timely processing of warranty claims
- Research and resolve claims not paid in full by the manufacturer, including through management involvement when required

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed your high school education
- Previous administrative experience
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent time management, detail orientation, and organizational skills
