**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Community Outreach and Program Recruitment**:

- Maintain a comprehensive calendar of entrepreneurial activities, including community events, workshops, appearances, and communication opportunities.
- Collaborate with the program facilitator to organize impactful business exhibitions in the community, showcasing our youths and their ventures.
- Oversee a robust and professional business mentorship and management system.
- Establish continuous engagement with past ANZA program participants, tracking their progress and connecting them with the necessary support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing timely and accurate responses while maintaining the accessibility, clarity, and consistency of information.

**Special Initiatives and Program Enhancement**:

- Collaborate in organizing various events, including donor/volunteer appreciation events and fundraising initiatives.
- Support exit and transitioning programs for participants who wish to transition into employment rather than continue as entrepreneurs.
- Monitor industry trends and gather relevant competitor insights to refine our outreach strategies.
- Contribute insights to the development of entrepreneurship programs, services, and projects.

- ** Alumni Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain connections with past ANZA program graduates, fostering a strong and vibrant alumni network.
- Plan and execute alumni events, workshops, and webinars to offer continuous learning and networking opportunities.
- Gather valuable feedback from graduates to enhance and optimize the ANZA Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
- **Loan Application Assistance**:

- **Community Resource Development**:

- Identify local resources, opportunities, and events that can enrich the experiences of youth participants, such as job fairs, grants, and competitions.
- Foster collaborations with local businesses, organizations, and mentors to broaden the support network for participants.
- Establish strong connections with educational institutions to promote the ANZA Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and attract potential participants.
- **Feedback Collection and Program Refinement**:

- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and interactive sessions to gather valuable feedback from current participants, alumni, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the ANZA management team to fine-tune program offerings and services based on the received feedback.
- **Digital Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Regularly update the ANZA Entrepreneurship Ecosystem website with the latest news, resources, and program updates.
- Host virtual Q&A sessions and webinars to engage the broader community, showcasing the program's impact.
- **Timbuktu Innovation Hub Engagement**:

- Collaborate with the Timbuktu Innovation Hub management to create an inclusive, vibrant, and collaborative environment for youth entrepreneurs.
- Participate in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and initiatives within the innovation hub.
- Identify opportunities to synergize ANZA programs and resources with the offerings of the Timbuktu Innovation Hub.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields.
- Preferred 3-5 years of experience in non-profit fundraising or outreach activities.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in preparing comprehensive reports.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Proficient knowledge of social media platforms and basic marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and the ability to quickly learn related tools.
