Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator/Dispatcher with a fire protection background to support our Operations Team out of our Whitby office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and coordinate manpower and equipment based on client requirements
- Responsible for client interaction, communicating with field technicians and supervisors, and coordinating jobs with project managers
- Coordinate with the Parts Department as required
- Coordinate additional service resources for jobs as required
- Handle incoming calls from clients and provide the best Custom Service to resolve any issues or concerns
- Generating work order documents, dispatching technicians and notifying clients
- Generating and interpreting various reports
- Participate in team/staff meetings as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum (2) years experience in the Fire Protection industry
- Experience as a Fire Alarm Technician considered an asset
- Knowledge of Jonas Enterprise Software considered an asset
- Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products
- Flexibility to work overtime/shared on call
- Ability to solve problems and handle demanding clients in a professional manner
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
