We are seeking an experienced, strategic and passionate Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to build and expand relationships with key industry analysts at firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other influential research organizations. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between our company and the analyst community, working to ensure that analysts understand our value proposition, product offerings, and market positioning. You’ll leverage these relationships to gain valuable insights, guide our strategic direction, and ensure our company is well-positioned in key industry reports and evaluations to help influence consideration of our products and services among prospects, customers and partners.

**What you'l do**:
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and deepen relationships with core industry analysts, ensuring our company is top of mind in their research and recommendations through timely and consistent engagement
- Analyst Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute a robust and strategic analyst relations plan that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Collect and share valuable insights from analyst interactions to inform product development, sales strategies, and executive decision-making. Facilitate regular, two-way interactions with analysts and the executive leadership team
- Company Positioning: Clearly communicate our market differentiation, vision, and product roadmap to analysts to help shape their understanding of our brand and value proposition, influence their research, and enhance our standing in industry evaluations
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the senior leadership team, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging in analyst interactions. Source and coordinate relevant analysts to be featured in external webinars, internal meetings, etc
- Briefings & Inquiry Management: Manage and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and presentations, ensuring they are effective and aligned with overall business goals. Facilitate preparatory calls with executives to ensure alignment on presentation content and develop talk tracks with key messaging to deliver during analyst meetings
- Content Creation: Prepare presentations, messaging documents, and other important collateral for analyst briefings that positively highlight our company, solutions and industry impact
- Report Monitoring and Response: Track relevant analyst reports and respond proactively to ensure favorable and accurate representation of our business and product offerings

**What we're looking for**:
- 5+ years in analyst relations, public relations, or a related role with a focus on B2B technology markets
- Previous experience managing analyst relationships with Gartner, Forrester, and/or IDC is required
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, market dynamics, and trends, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and build persuasive positioning
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple activities and manage deadlines effectively
- Comfortable interpreting and utilizing data to inform decision-making and drive strategic direction.
- Familiarity with analyst relations tools and platforms
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong network of existing analyst relationships
