**Department Overview**
- TD Securities provides a wide range of capital market products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients who choose us for our knowledge, innovation, and experience in the following key areas of finance: Investment and Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, Interest Rate, Currency and Derivative Products. TD Securities works with clients around the world, and our services include the underwriting and distribution of new debt and equity issues, providing advice on strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and executing daily trading and investment needs.
- Reporting to the Director, TBM Shared Services Toronto, primary responsibilities of the incumbent will be to support the TBM Front Office Shared Services mandate.

**Employee Change Management**
- Act as specialist in the execution of Global Markets Front Office Employee Change.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences comfortably and effectively within TBM, the Front Office, Business Heads, and Senior Executives.
- Accountable to ensure efficiency and completeness of execution of individual employee on/off-boarding and employee change management for TD Securities’ Global Markets division in Canada.
- Manage all ad hoc access requests (system and LAN), SRD Reviews, and access issues for the Front Office.
- Manage the execution and follow up with HR on Associate Rotational program/interns/co-ops.
- Manage SLA and escalation to all support and provisioning teams that are decentralized globally.

**Global Business Initiatives Management**
- Full ownership of the Global Markets Gifts and Entertainment reviews, updates, and consolidation where required.
- Ownership and maintenance of the daily P&L reports for GFI.
- Central liaison and maintenance of the Global Markets Regulatory Registrations reviews.
- Full ownership of the Global Markets Desk Operating Procedures ("DOP") change management process as well as maintenance of the Global Markets Hub
- Standard Roles Document ("SRD") reviews and triage.

Other Accountabilities:

- Undertake information gathering, research and analysis of data to provide relevant advice and information.
- Assist with various Global Markets reviews, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Create and take ownership of existing and new business management reporting, including presentations and dashboards to be shared with senior management.
- Provide management with analysis of issue drivers, root causes, and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Within area of accountability, identify and investigates standard and nonstandard issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Front Office partners as well as with independent support and control groups to facilitate the achievement of the above Core Accountabilities.
- Will have the opportunity to participate in small/mid-size projects and provide input to policy and project development enhancements.
- Respond to stakeholder requests, escalating identified issues with recommendations for further management action where required.
- Ensure ongoing communication with the team regarding status and progress of tasks and activities.
- Participate fully as a member of the broader TBM team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Develop own professional expertise through on-the-job training and observation.
- Provide support to the business and TBM management team as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Prior knowledge and understanding of business processes, products and procedures across Global Markets is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.):

- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.) is critical; ability to develop macros, write/edit code in VBA would be very advantageous
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Python, etc. would be considered a very strong asset
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines and manage effectively within a high-pressured environment
- Extremely strong attention to detail and a deep sense of pride in work.
- Ability to work independently and across lines of businesses in a professional manner with mínimal oversight.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing ad-hoc requirements within short timeframes.
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, and be committed to adding value to the organization.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a range of tasks and issues simultaneously to a positive outcome and in a timely manner.
