Due to growth, we are looking to hire a **Business Development Associate **to join our team and would love to hear from you

**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for growing new business and partnerships within the Property Management Industry. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our comprehensive janitorial and cleaning solutions to meet the unique needs of property managers and building owners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough research on the property management industry, identifying key players, trends, and potential opportunities.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and market positioning to tailor our services accordingly.

2. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and target property management companies that align with our services.
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through strategic prospecting and networking.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers within property management companies.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.

4. Sales Presentations and Proposals:

- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the benefits of our janitorial and cleaning services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.

5. Negotiation and Closing Deals:

- Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators through successful deal closures.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate client requirements and expectations internally to guarantee client satisfaction.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management.
- Knowledge of the janitorial and cleaning services industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to attend conferences, networking events (evenings), trade shows as required.
- Valid G Driver’s License.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
