**_ What the position entails?_**
- _ Review and sign general office contracts, per authorization matrix and procurement process _
- _Maintain oversight of office vendors and suppliers_
- _ Coordination of corporate meetings held within office. _
- _Maintain office staff schedule/ calendar on SharePoint._
- _ Assist with staff and guest travel administration. _
- _Procurement for office supplies, including minor hardware, furniture._
- _ General EA assistance, as requested._
- _ Coordinate team functions of the office, including Team Tuesday, semi-annual gatherings and parties, etc. _
- _Coordination of global initiatives for HR related matters, in conjunction with HR Manager._
- _ New hire local coordination & set-up of desk (hardware, supplies)_
- _ Facilitate immigration of staff to local office, following execution of assignment contract by HR Manager_
- _ Format and maintain Vard standardized resumes for office staff, saved to SharePoint_
- _ Review and approval of invoices, specific to office_
- _ Coordination of global initiatives for IT related matters at local office level, in conjunction with IT Manager._
- _ Escalate office reported IT issues to MSP + IT Manager_
- _ Coordination of staff laptop issuance (including shipping/retrieval for remote staff), if required _
- _Coordination of global initiatives for security/export compliance related matters, in conjunction with Security Officer(s)._
- _ Oversight and administration of local office security badges and access logs, for staff and guests. _
- _Ensure office has minimum two fire wardens assigned and trained. _
- _Ensure annual registration of local office Professional Engineering is maintained. _

**_What you will need to be successful?_**
- Will hold a minimum qualification of a recognized Bachelor's degree or similar.
- Will typically have three to five years' post-graduation experience.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
- Be able to take direction and work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task.

**_ Working conditions for this role?_**
- Willingness to work flexible hours and work outside normal working hours to accommodate time differences.
- Willingness to travel and work from different locations as required.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of job location.
- Might be required to have the necessary security clearance.
- This is a part-time (3 days a week) contract (6 months) position. The schedule will be 3 days a week in the office.
