Nobu Restaurant and Hotel in downtown Toronto is currently seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for the position of full-time Security Site Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and premises, while also overseeing and managing the security team.

**Location**: 35 Mercer Street

**Compensation**: Between $30-32 per hour based on experience

**Work Hours for both positions**:

- **Schedule 1**: 8 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday (Hotel)
- **Schedule 2**: 5 pm - 1 am, Wednesday to Sunday (Restaurant)

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Security Site Supervisor at Nobu Restaurant and Hotel, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the well-being of our guests, staff, and premises, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our establishment. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading, supervising, and mentoring the security team to ensure they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to perform effectively.
- Taking charge of security operations, including patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly responding to security incidents or emergencies.
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously and professionally while upholding hospitality standards.
- Effectively managing and communicating with the Forest Hill Group Scheduling Team and Client Service Managers to maintain open channels of communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Security Guard License issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
- _Minimum of 2 years of Security Supervisor experience required._
- _Minimum of 5 years of Security Guard experience, preferably in a hospitality or hotel_ environment, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, exercising sound judgment in challenging situations.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
