We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team & captivate our guests

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Frenchy Restaurant to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Restaurant Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operationsMaintain exceptional levels of customer serviceCommunicate and delegate tasks to the teamEnsure compliance of brand standardsManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targetsAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team membersComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
