Our Mobilists serve as the frontline advisors, utilizing their expertise to guide customers towards their optimal phone of choice and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles. As passionate advocates for our diverse carrier mix, including Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Chatr, Lucky and PC Mobile, along with home and small business services, Mobilists play a pivotal role in connecting Canadians with the latest innovations in telecommunications all while having fun and earning an exceptional commission from your sales.

**A Day in the Life at The Mobile Shop as a Wireless Sales Representative**:
- Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
- Establish genuine relationships with customers; offering expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans to fit their personalized needs
- understand our carrier mix, promotional offerings, and pricing.
- Upselling additional products to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Collaborate with your peers to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and mobile devices in the telecommunications industry, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Processing sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Perform follow up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post sale.
- Adhoc duties and tasks as required.
