**Job Summary**:
**How you will make an impact**:

- Day to day management of our digital channels including social media, Nudge (internal social network), SharePoint, and corporate website.
- Developing content to support various initiatives across our business, including but not limited to business operations, marketing, corporate social responsibility, associate recognition, diversity and inclusion, and innovation at Compass Group.
- Collaborate with delegates from our various brands to source and develop content that drives awareness of our activities across our various sectors.
- Community management of our social media channels and Nudge
- Leverage analytics tools to gain actionable insights into content performance on all platforms
- Support the communications team on various projects, including but not limited to: internal communications, video creation, and event planning.
- Develop and maintain the Compass Group Canada voice. You deliver more than just information. You communicate our passion for hospitality, our clients, our people, and the people we serve.

**About you**:

- Minimum university degree in communications; English, Arts or Marketing
- 3-5 years’ communications experience, with strong experience in social media content development
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including experience creating TikTok content and Instagram Reels
- Ability to tell stories effectively for different channels. You can write a complex story in 2-3 sentences for social media and can go deep into a topic for a long-form story on our blog.
- You have a strong eye for design, and can develop creative using Adobe Suite, Canva, or other design software.
- Public Relations certification (preferred)
- SharePoint knowledge is an asset
- WordPress knowledge is an asset
