**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users.

Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, and drive website traffic, through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.

As a representative of our brand, you will actively participate in relevant conversations, gently promoting our services while providing support to existing and potential customers. Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.

**Responsibilities**
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals on a regular basis.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content e.g. website, blogs, video etc.
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Owners to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

**Education**: College diploma in communications, business marketing or a discipline related to the field

**Salary**: As per education and experience

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in the field of digital media or as a social media specialist.

Pay: $17.20-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
