About you

In this role, you will
- Partner with stakeholders to manage the full cycle of the recruitment process by the identifying, engaging, screening, coaching, and the hiring of top diverse talent.
- Collaborate with each leader to create a hiring strategy.
- Confidently and effectively communicate at all levels.
- Effectively maintain, develop, and facilitate positive relationships with hiring leaders.
- Successfully develop strong relationships across your business lines with hiring managers and understand their vision.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the commercial real estate industry.
- You demonstrate a strong ability to partner with stakeholders and effectively build strong relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluid and adaptive mindset
- Experience in a high-volume recruitment role, supporting multiple locations, preferably.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or other relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in a commercial real estate space, recruiting property management professionals would be considered an asset.
