We are seeking a seasoned Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join our talent acquisition team at CPP Investments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading recruitment activities for multiple levels and businesses throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various departments, including Operations, Finance, Legal, Talent & Public Affairs, and Communications.
- Source, manage, and interview global candidates at multiple levels for multiple businesses, leveraging your expertise and market insights to drive recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview guides and decision tools to assess candidate capabilities and potential.
- Provide guidance and expertise on recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection criteria to support strategic workforce planning.
- Utilize data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives and drive continuous optimization of recruitment processes and strategies.
- University or college graduate with a commitment to continued learning.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, and HR.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proven track record of sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- High degree of diplomacy, experience working with interview teams, and managing up and across the organization.
