Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Talent Management requirements by managing projects, developing solutions, and collaborating with various business units to evaluate the effects of business choices.
  • Guiding teams in the creation of Business Requirements Documentation.
  • Performing analysis of industry trends and working alongside internal and external partners to aid in the planning, execution, and maintenance of talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of pertinent experience or a comparable mix of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in operational HR processes, talent acquisition strategies, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
