We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at CPP Investments. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for various corporate functions, including Finance, Legal, and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage the interview process, and lead the offer process and negotiation.
- Source and Manage Global Candidates: Identify and engage with top talent from around the world, utilizing data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives.
- Provide Expert Guidance and Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise on recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection criteria to support strategic workforce planning.
- Utilize Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to recruit across other groups and departments, depending on relative hiring demands.
- University or College Graduate: Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
- 4+ Years of Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience: Proven track record of sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, with experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, and HR.
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems: Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to and including Director level.
- High Degree of Diplomacy and Communication Skills: Experience working with interview teams and managing up and across the organization.
- Advanced Candidate Management and Assessment Skills: Proven track record of successful hires and ability to build candidate talent maps and documents to research candidate market.
