Reporting to the Manager, Exams production, the Exam Board Appointment Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the appointment and orientation process for all committee members within assigned unit. You will provide exceptional administrative support to the manager and committee administrators. You will be instrumental in supporting the coordination of meetings and web conferences; ordering team supplies and scheduling team meetings.

A large portion of this role will be working with updating data in the CAM program. This will include but is not limited to, assigning people to roles, ending mandates, modifying role attributes and numbers as well as creating and removing roles from committee structures. This role will require you to be able to track and monitor various projects and be able to negotiate priorities when required.

- College diploma or direct on-the-job experience,
- One to three years' experience supporting managers and teams,
- Experience working with CAM or other similar databases,
- Excellent coordination, organizational and time management skills,
- Data Verification experience,
- An ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment,
- An aptitude to proactively seek additional information when needed,
- The capacity to establish good working relationships and communicate in a professional manner,
- Sound discretion and judgement coupled with tact and diplomacy, and
- Bilingualism is an asset

Annual Salary

Band 4 - Salary ranges from $50,600.00 to $63,300.00
