**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Supply Chain data to join our dynamic team. As an IBP Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to support the management, analysis, and cohesiveness of data and communication. You will be required to ensure its accuracy, availability, and drive growth in Supply Chain data to support critical business processes. You have a strong understanding of data - in both attention to detail and forward-looking strategic thinking - which will contribute to optimizing data quality and driving informed decision-making.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-location.

**Meet Your Future Team**:

- The Supply Chain Integrated Business Planning team collaborates closely with business partners and internally within our team to drive the Sales and Operations Planning component of the business. This team offers a unique perspective of having end-to-end visibility across our business and our business processes. We work closely with many teams across Supply Chain and cross-functionally.

**If you were in the IBP Data Analyst role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Managing data mapping to derive key KPI reporting across multiple teams ensuring integration and excellence across Supply Chain
- Facilitating cross-functional engagement among Supply Chain departments to ensure strong data analytics in content, process, and visuals
- Driving continuous review and validation to guarantee the accuracy of data across our various business systems, identifying and addressing inconsistencies in both data and process
- Conducting regular assessments to identify opportunities for data enhancement and refinement
- Analyzing data to generate insightful reports, metrics, and templates for various stakeholders to support cross-functional communication
- Providing guidance and recommendations to leadership on data and process improvements
- Ensuring integration is clear, cohesive, and streamlined across all business functions
- Designing and implementing data visualizations for consistency and clarity across teams
- Supporting Supply Chain leadership with ad hoc data analysis projects aimed at driving business improvement
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective solutions
- Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain
- Working closely with the Amer Sports Global Sourcing Vendor Sustainability team on quarterly business reviews and training/capacity building (at least annually)
- Adhering to negotiated lead times and balanced annual capacities to expedite responsible purchasing practices as outlined in the Responsible Sourcing Policy

- Developing a reusable repository of tools, best practices, project delivery standards, thought leadership, and procedures for efficient execution of data and analytic tools and services
- Supporting communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance data processes and governance, collaborating with Supply Chain leaders to drive or support improvement with relevant teams
- Optimizing existing tools and creating new tools to improve usability, functionality, and efficiency

**Are you our next IBP Data Analyst?**:

- You have 3-5 years experience in data analysis and maintenance, preferably in a Supply Chain capacity
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, with a master's degree considered a plus
- You have strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI, and Python experience is a plus
- You have an extreme attention to detail, enabling you to delve into large datasets, identifying inconsistencies and risks
- You have strong communication and business presentation skills, empowering you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- You have familiarity with retail operations, including product management, pricing, and supply chain processes, which is highly desirable
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
