Job summary:
The Partnership Assistant will support the operational efficiency and growth of Innivec by identifying and securing new partnership opportunities that enhance business operations. This entry-level position is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual eager to start their career in either operations or business development. The primary focus is to generate leads, reach out to potential partners via LinkedIn and cold calling, and book appointments to ensure appointments with external stakeholders. These meetings aim to build partnerships that improve operational processes, enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify potential partners and key stakeholders across various industries that can enhance Innivec's operations and strategic initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with potential partners, understanding their capabilities and how they can contribute to Innivec's operational goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead generation and outreach activities
- Market Research: Support market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform outreach strategies.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and inquiries to keep the momentum and engagement high.
- Performance Metrics: Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential partners.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Must be self-motivated with a proven ability to generate and follow up on leads independently.
- Ability to work independently to gather information, relay it effectively, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Establishing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through personalized in-person and phone interactions
- Is competitive and values a great work culture, great team-player

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of partnership development strategies and best practices.
- Previous Sales experience in B2B or Lead generating is an Asset
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
- Some experience business development, sales, or a related field through internships, part-time jobs, or academic projects (preferred)

- Vancouver

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
