**About us**

CDC INC is a full service real estate appraisal firm that is located all across Canada with our head office located in Sherwood Park AB.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and clerical duties
- Proficeint in QuickBooks is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
