**About the role**:
Inside Ideas is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our remote in-house agency team working on exciting consumer health brands This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and for those eager to learn the inner workings of an in-house agency team.

As a **Project Coordinator**, you will be responsible for supporting social and digital projects, both creative and production processes, as well as supporting administrative tasks. You will assist a Senior Account Manager and Group Account Director in managing day to day tasks.

You will need to be great with creative teams and client teams alike, hardworking and passionate about creative and producing the best product you can. Process is key, so we're looking for someone who really respects and understands that. Although creative needs freedom, it also needs to follow a framework and process to allow it to thrive. You should have meticulous attention to detail and understand the value of following established processes or identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes. Most important, this role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great organizational skills. We value hard work and we want to have fun doing it.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting Senior Account Manager with project setup and timeline management
- Assisting with finance tasks and administration
- Managing project files and overall support established process
- Scheduling and attending project-related meetings
- Supporting monthly business reporting efforts
- Managing many areas of the team in ensuring tasks are delivered in a timely manager

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- Experience working in a team setting, ideally with experience in learning and supporting existing processes
- Have a positive, can-do outlook, willing to leverage past experience to provide the best solution for each project you own
- Passion for social and digital
- Eagerness to learn about agency life in a fast-moving environment
