**Job Summary**:
As a Business Development Associate, you will lead our growth initiatives by identifying, securing, and nurturing new business opportunities. Your role is crucial in expanding our market presence and ensuring the long-term success of Tipsy Trivia. You will play a key role in achieving and surpassing our business development objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue prospective clients in line with company goals.
- Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Attend industry events for business lead generation and networking.

**Qualifications**:

- Formal training in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. We value proven results, entrepreneurial drive, and efficient work practices.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or sales.
- Deep understanding of the bar and restaurant industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
