Extol Developments is a construction management firm based in Regina, SK executing both residential and commercial projects. Through clear, concise and transparent communication, we thrive to exceed our client’s expectations and deliver our projects as committed.

**Purpose**: We are looking for an individual who is a self starter with an energetic, results oriented work style, combined with strong analytical and problem solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Assist the Managing Director with day to day activities including both business administrative and project related tasks.

**Reports To**: Managing Director & Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any
- possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and
- ensuring technical feasibility
- Assist in generating estimates and proposals as required
- Collect management requirements and transform it into projects pipeline
- Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to
- projects pipeline
- Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks
- Work with subtrades on project work to keep project going according to schedule
- Communicate to the project manager changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Track and analyze project performance, cost performance, schedule and report to the Project manager on the changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform quality assurance.
- Ensure OH&S requirements are met on site.
- Close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Architectural Technologies Diploma or Bachler of Science Degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in either the residential or commercial construction related field with an understanding of mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural scopes
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to perform manual labor as required.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem resolution experience on technical issues
- Flexibility in schedule, with the ability to make site visits during the construction phase
- Knowledge of work breakdown structures and architectural divisions
- Confident and knowledgeable with a professional demeanor and the ability to quickly build credibility with many stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Highly organized and able to reset priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Experience user of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.Project Estimator

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
