Migration Specialist

**Your Role**:
The primary function Migration Specialist is to provide prompt and courteous frontline support for migration or project the Migration Services is currently working on.
Specialists effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, while working in a fast-paced environment with a complex service offering. They pay very close attention to detail in an effort to mitigate potential mistakes in a production environment.
**Your Job**:
- Provide superb customer service for Global Relay's clients: handling customer calls, managing customer Sales Force Cases, answering customer inquiries, and following up with customers on migration issues.
- Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- Migration Support for the following Message types but not limited to:
- MS Teams
- Bloomberg
- Refinitiv Messenger
- Twitter
- Migration Support for Social Media Types Including but not limited to:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Website Archiving
- Support for A9 Fail Bins
- Support for A10 Fail Bins
- Sales Force Mas Case Creation
- Constant Contact List Generation
**About You**:
- Intermediate Proficiency with Sales Force
- Intermediate Proficiency with Excel
- Intermediate Proficiency with Splunk
- Intermediate Proficiency with Kibana
- Intermediate Proficiency with Control Center
- Intermediate Proficiency with Service Manager
- Intermediate Proficiency with A9 Fail Bins
- Intermediate Proficiency with A10 Fail Bins
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within defined legal policies and procedures.
**Coaching & Mentoring**
- Assisting Junior Specialists
- Assisting other departments such as Support, Provisioning, Customer Success & Training.
