ERP Specialist

Vancouver, Canada Oxygen8 Solutions Inc. Full time

We are hiring an ERP Specialist to join us on our mission to provide 100% fresh, filtered air and smart technology for maximum comfort and value. This position will work closely with our department heads and will be based out of our production facility office in Vancouver, BC.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Configure, maintain, and support Epicor ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epicor ERP modules.
- Develop and maintain reports.
- Provide Epicor ERP module training for employees.
- Work with departments and employees on data migration.
- Design and implement customizations, workflows, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest Epicor ERP releases and functionality.
- Manage upgrades and system migrations as necessary. Other duties as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent.
- Experience working with interdepartmental teams.
- Experience working as an Epicor ERP consultant or working in an Epicor ERP environment.
- Epicor certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Annual Salary**:$75,000 to $90,000 based on experience.
