**About the Role**:
We are a busy practice and we are looking to hire an experienced Dental Administrator as an addition to our busy practice. We look forward to reviewing your resume and meeting with you.
This is a permanent position.
**Hours**:
- schedule may fluctuate
Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00PM
Sat 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments
- Treatment coordination and scheduling
- Preparing and sending pre-determinations
- Following up on outstanding treatment
- Confirming upcoming appointments
- Billing, invoicing, taking payments, end of day balance
- Opening/closing duties, including POS system and ensuring end of day processes are complete
- Additional duties, as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail, organized and reliable
- Dental Office Software Experience (AbelDent, Dentrix, Maxident, etc.)
- Asset: Dental Assisting Skills/Qualifications
