**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attending to customers and assessing their needs or desire in order to recommend the appropriate service.
- Learn pest knowledge to be able to provide information about our product and service and answer any questions from customers.
- Provide technician support regarding service questions, processing payment or scheduling questions.
- Learn the in house software system used for scheduling services/quotes
- Organizing technicians schedules for route optimization
- Handle customer requests and/or complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
All new hires receive hands-on learning through our in house training program.
This position involves being able to multitask, organizational skills, being quick on your feet for problem solving and most importantly customer service abilities.
**What do you need to get started?**:
- Customer Service/Reception experience no required but an asset
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
- Cheerful, positive and respectful attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail to provide written and verbal communication to customers
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer and technician needs in a timely manner
- Abilities to use basic Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
- Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different situations

Pay: $800.00-$950.00 per week
