**Position Overview**
We’re looking for a driven and motivated Sales Representative with a passion for helping others and a track record in sales. As a commission-based sales professional, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients interested in our accessible bathroom solutions. You’ll guide them through the sales process, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that best fit their lifestyle. If you have a winning attitude, strong communication skills, and a dedication to delivering results, we’d love to meet you

**Responsibilities**
- Actively engage and consult with potential clients about our bathroom renovation options tailored for seniors.
- Develop and nurture leads through our lead generation channels, including inbound inquiries and referrals.
- Educate clients on the benefits, features, and safety of our walk-in tubs, showers, and other accessible modifications.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped earning potential.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure client satisfaction and project accuracy.
- Maintain customer relationships post-sale, providing support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience in home improvement, renovation, or related industries is an asset.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation for client visits.

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
