**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients, including construction companies, welding shops, manufacturing firms, and industrial suppliers.
- Promote and sell **CWB-certified welding consumables** such as electrodes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential through commissions.
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed knowledge of our welding consumables.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in industrial supplies, welding, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of welding products and consumables is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
- Familiarity with Edmonton’s industrial market and networking within the welding community is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $70,940.00-$82,021.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
