Role Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products. (In-Home Sales)

Utilize company-provided resources to demonstrate product value and benefits.

Overcome objections and close sales effectively.

Maintain a detailed record of sales activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with the wider team to share insights, feedback, and improve sales strategies.

Attend training sessions and stay updated on product features and company offerings.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Reliable Transportation

Availability: Position starts in April with a week of online training in our “SSS Academy” to get you prepped and ready to make unlimited commissions

**Salary**: Commission

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
