**Precision Well Servicing** is currently seeking a **Recruitment Team Lead** to join our team

Precision Well Servicing is a fast paced organization and this position is critical in maintaining the success of the operations group. Personnel coordinators are responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling field personnel to ensure that the labor requirements and needs are met in a timely manner. Personnel Coordinators work closely with Operations Management to ensure crews are designed to meet the needs of the customer and location/type of well.

The Recruitment Team Lead will be responsible to oversee the Recruitment Specialists and add strategic value to the business in the area of hourly hiring of Well Servicing field hands. This position works closely with the Personnel Team Leads, functional leaders, and sales to understand the needs of the business and develop strategies to address staffing shortages through the use of resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, and recruitment metrics. To be successful in this role, you will need to be detail oriented with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the Recruitment team including coaching and mentoring, performance planning, and performance assessments of direct reports.
- Develop a full understanding of the business and hiring needs based on actual and forecasted information as well as YOY trends.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
- Oversee and participate in the execution of recruiting strategies (sourcing, selecting, and branding) by effectively utilizing social media, as well as professional and social networking sites to attract talent.
- Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment related costs and track cost to hire
- Assist other Recruiters and Personnel Coordinators with full-cycle recruitment.
- Coordinate with Personnel on current needs and upcoming needs to ensure positions are filled in an efficient and strategic manner.
- Ensure Precision Well Servicing's policies and applicable legislation are followed consistently.
- Research and identify potential career fairs and other events in targeted areas and make a recommendation to attend.
- Attend job fairs and other recruitment-related events.
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to ensure best recruitment practices are being utilized at all times, based on market conditions and business needs.
- Assisting with onboarding and training of new Recruitment Specialists.
- Additional duties of a similar nature, as assigned.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years oil & gas recruitment experience in hourly recruitment, or a similar industry
- 1-2 years leadership experience
- Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) or working towards a CPHR designation considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in a human resource and/or marketing considered an asset
- Ability to lead and perform within a setting where change happens frequently
- Team oriented and able to work with a variety of team members at all levels within the Company
- Previous experience working with a graphic design tool such as Canva, to create ads and social media posts
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Detail oriented, focused on quality results and on-time deliverables
- Ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure
- Knowledge of social media: platforms, demographics, and recruitment methods
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry or specifically with Service Rigs is an asset
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

**Working Conditions & Requirements**:
The **Recruitment Team Lead** is an office based role that does require some travel to attend job fairs and meetings.

Precision Well Servicing is responsible for well completions, workovers, and abandonments. We use a variety of service rigs that are suited to each scope of work. The wells are located in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin which includes Northern BC, Northwest Territories, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
