We are currently looking for a **Payroll Specialist** **II** who will utilize skillsets to prepare and process regional payroll within US and Canada, streamline system and team processes, assist with project initiatives, provide superior customer service utilizing NSF MyServices and assist with vendor management to ensure successful ADP partnership. As the **Payroll Specialist** **II**, you will report to the North America Payroll Manager.

**Principle Accountabilities **include, but are not limited to:

- Administer compliant and timely biweekly payroll within ADP WFN
- Audit Oracle HCM interface to ADP WFN to assure accuracy and completeness
- Assure compliant timesheet processing and inclusion within the payroll process
- Maintain knowledge of payroll, payroll tax and NSF regulations and policy
- Provide optimal customer and partner support utilizing MyServices platform
- Process post-payroll activities for document repositories and applicable vendors
- Engage with internal partners and vendor calls for project initiative and issue resolution
- Maintain positive mindset and action daily with NSF stewardship and business acumen
- Demonstrate leadership within the team and NSF to engage in process betterment
- Audit payroll data with data analytic mindset and for year-end compliance accuracy
- Insight collaboration for process enhancement
- Maintain a One NSF mindset while partnering with TA, HR, Benefits and HRIS
- Develop knowledge base articles and educate partners utilizing data trends
- Engage in audit requests required within Finance, Benefits and Workers Comp

**Qualifications - External**
- Post-Secondary degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant payroll processing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of US and Canada payroll administration
- Experience and knowledge within ADP WFN, Enhanced Time and Data Bridge
- Experience and knowledge within Oracle HCM
- Experience with a global organization
- Ability to lead projects and initiatives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented and growing environment
