**Full Job Description**
LEARN, DEVELOP AND GROW - WITH BCRC HEATING AND COOLING LTD.
By joining BCRC Heating and Cooling as a Customer Service Representative
you become part of an organization that is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and will support you to be your best.
**This is a permanent position for 40 hours per week. Must be fluent in CHINESE at a native level (traditional + simplified ) ** This is a fully remote or hybrid position ( to be discussed )
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Read, write and speak English at an advanced level
- Read, write and speak/understand CHINESE fluently (Native level)
- Excellent communication skills, CHINESE written and spoken
- Preferably, working experience in a customer service role where directly interacting with consumers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven organizational skills, time management and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Proactive, motivated and flexible team player who is keen to work in a stimulating and fast paced work environment
