**Position**: Sales & Marketing Assistant - minimum 3 years’ experience

**Employment Type**: Full Time.

**Office Hours**: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm

This is an office-based role with the ability to work 1 day per week from home.

**Salary**:$50,000 - $60,000 Based upon experience

**Location**: Bolton, Ontario

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:
Prepare presentations and help with other tasks related to the Sales department.

Create and update weekly and monthly reports when necessary.

Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.

Assist in accurately creating and processing customer transactions such as orders, quotes and coordinating special handling for shipping.

Communicate with customers as required to address incoming questions, provide information updates, and assist in marketing/sales efforts.

Prepare sales proposal, pricing for sales meetings and trade shows.

Liaison between customers and production team for order status updates, sample requests, delivery updates

Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.

Assist with developing, implementing and evaluating communication strategies and programs.

Conduct research and identify potential leads through online sources, industry databases, and targeted campaigns.

Utilize various lead generation tools and strategies to capture and qualify potential customers.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads for further nurturing and conversion.

Manage and enhance our company's presence on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.

Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Answer main Office Phone line and redirect to corresponding employee.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Excellent organizational, project management, and priority-setting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and openly in a team environment.

Creative problem-solving and problem resolution abilities.

Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects/tasks and complete within assigned deadlines.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

A Community College Diploma or University Degree with Math or Science degree Prefer.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.

3+ years of experience working in an office environment.

Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
