**Requirements**:

- **Sales experience** is a strong preference for this position (i.e. Non-retail sales experience)
- Excellent communication skills with **great English (written and verbal)**:

- Deliver at a fast pace, the individual needs to be a fast learner that can quickly pick up the product line
- Persistent, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving & exceeding sales targets
- Strong technology skills are a must, experience in using CRM, ERP, Inventory Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound requests from our website and existing clients. Calling inbound leads, qualification of leads, assisting in product selection and providing information.
- Assisting customers with orders, returns, and a full range of account management and customer service.
- Organizing training sessions for B2B distribution clients and industry-wide lunch & learns
- Playing a key pivotal role in supporting existing accounts to update displays, provide samples and new product trainings to grow the account

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
