**_The Digital Marketing Coordinator (Summer experience)_** at Kinetico, Inc. will play a role in supporting our digital marketing activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, SEO optimization, and data analytics, contributing to improving our online presence and marketing effectiveness.

**Compensation Data**:Hourly pay.

**Location**: ONSITE in our Bolton, Ontario location. The schedule is M-F, 8:00-4:30.

**Timing**: The summer experience will be for 90 days (3 months). Flex on start (May or June)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists with the development and support of new and ongoing sales and marketing campaign programs. Includes digital marketing activities creating leads and sales opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Executing campaign strategies demonstrating A/B Testing.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement metric using Google analytics and other analytic tools. Contributing to reporting for business review.
- Support in creation and optimizing digital content for our website and social media platforms.
- Assist in keyword research and analytics to support business choices in improving online visibility.
- Participates in other projects as needed.

**What you will need to succeed**:
**_ Education & Qualifications:_**
- College/University knowledge with focus in marketing or communications.

**_ Competencies:_**
- Knowledge of corporate branding and advertising preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills required.
- Graphic experience preferred.
- Social Media experience a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite.
- Creative thinking with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
