**HealthOne Medical & Wellness**, conveniently located in downtown Toronto's Waterfront neighbourhood and steps away from Union Station, is currently seeking another to provide high-quality patient care to our growing community

You will have the opportunity to practice alongside a strong team of dental professionals. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is flexible to accommodate our patients' needs.

**Job Summary**

**Schedule**:
40 hours per week, between Monday to Saturday

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact compassionately with all guests to ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and encounter a memorable 5-star experience.
- Establish an in-depth understanding of our services and find opportunities to further educate on offerings that may be of interest to patients.
- Support with the organization, execution and overall success of promotional events & programs hosted within the clinic.
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of guest services experience, ideally in the health or retail industry
- High degree of professionalism, with impeccable communication and client-focused skills
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail and a reputation for being flexible & hard-working
- Ability to work independently or within a team and thrive in either environment
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs

**Nice to Have**
- Post-secondary education or proven personal interest in health & wellness or a similar topic.
- Training as well as experience in experiential marketing and/or sales.
