**You Will**
- Follow the Anthem sales process, support, and work in partnership with the Community Sales Manager, Sales Associates and Sales Operations team.
- Be responsible for Deal Management and Administration.
- Ensure all deals are compliant, complete, signed, approved and/or countered.
- Ensure prospecting notes and purchaser information are up-to-date, clear, and aligned with Anthem's sales process.
- Assist the Sales team with contract preparation and processing.
- Maintain HubSpot.
- Perform regular audits of Contracts and Sales Xpress
- Communicate with Prospects, Purchasers and Realtors.
- Maintain and ensure an impeccably clean Show homes and Presentation Centre.

**You Have**
- A minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook and confidence in mastering new CRM systems, database management and electronic contract software
- Experience in HubSpot and Sales Xpress (a major asset, but not required)
- An understanding of residential real estate sales and processes (a major asset, but not required)
- A university degree or equivalent experience (an asset but not required)

**Please note, this position is working in Show homes 4 days per week (12pm-8pm hours) and 1 day per week in Office.**
