**Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team with following up and responding to customer inquiries.
- Support the fulfillment of customer orders for key accounts by collecting and packaging products.
- Coordinate the distribution and organization of inventory for products, bikes and gear items.

**Skills**
- Passionate about the outdoors, climbing and/or mountain biking.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Comfortable with flexing and adapting to the fast-paced environment.
- Focused on collaboration, and teamwork.
- Basic computer knowledge of Office Suite, Google suite, CRM, E-Comm, etc.
