**HealthOne**, conveniently located in downtown Toronto’s Waterfront neighbourhood and steps away from Union Station, is currently seeking a **Rehab & Wellness Administrator **to join the team

**Job Summary**

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice and a positive experience for all patients of our Rehab & Wellness department. The key responsibilities of this role will be centered around efficient & detail-oriented completion of administrative duties, all while ensuring top-notch client service.

**Schedule**
- Up to 40 hours per week between Monday to Saturday
- Flexibility to work within operating hours required, including evenings and weekends

**Responsibilities**
- Engage compassionately with all patients ensuring that they feel welcomed, accommodated, and encounter a 5-star experience at all times.
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks with pristine detail, including but not limited to optimizing schedules, appointment confirmations, processing payments, liaising with insurance companies, and patient data entry.
- Maintain knowledge on all treatments in order to provide informed recommendations to patients and suggest relevant products (supplements, orthopedic devices, etc).
- Contribute to smooth clinic flow by providing reliable support, adhering to policies & procedures, and participating in goal achievement.
- Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ months of administration experience in a similar environment, ideally in a wellness, physio or rehab clinic
- Strong client service skills and impeccable verbal & written communication
- Solid work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively while remaining efficient in your delivery
- Self-starter, motivated by goals, and eager to wear multiple hats to be able to grow with us
- Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience using a CRM/EMR, specifically Jane software
- Post-Secondary education in Kinesiology or a similar topic
