**This is a high-speed, flexible, & exciting job opportunity with wonderful colleagues that are a dream team to work with.**

**Your role is mainly acted on in a hybrid manner, from the comfort of your home or your favourite working space and on the road. You will be required to attend some in-person trainings/meetings in the Kitchener/Waterloo area, and travel internationally for key events with shareholders.**

**THE ROLE**
- Manage new and Existing account within the assigned territory
- organize and provide educational trainings and product demonstrations with accounts
- Coordinate marketing and advertising initiates with accounts
- Initate new business development
- Be present at trade shows, when necessary
- Accurately and effectively describe and promote all of Queen of the Thrones brand products
- Accurately and effectively increase Queen of the Thrones brand recognition
- Observe the competitive landscape: make recommendations to Sales Head
- Achieve Monthly, quarterly and annual sales and store opening targets
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports
- Collect commonly asked questions and feedback for research and product development purposes.
- Curating great relationships with your health food store and practitioner partners.
- Cold calling is necessary
- Innovate ways to rate your ability to provide next level, and extra mile support
- Exceptional understanding of the customer service and sales processes
- Working cooperatively with other team members
- Other tasks as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**

- **Must be highly proficient in the English language**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or health sciences ( nutritionist, Naturopathic doctor
- Strong knowledge of natural health products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in an outside sales position
- High level of proficiency with the internet, social apps and computer MAC/MS skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude in assisting all shareholders

- Ability to adapt and solve problems independently with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Must be flexible, some weeks require more hours, some less, with a few hours on the weekends
