Customer Service Representative

**What Do We Expect of You**
We are currently in search of a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to become part of our Vancouver team. Reporting to the Vancouver Supply Manager, your responsibilities will encompass driving sales of supply products. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction, managing accurate purchase, return, and exchange processes, all while keeping the best interests of Florists Supply customers at heart.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently and effectively
- Handle the selection and packaging of supply orders.
- Assist branch visitors in shopping and order pickups.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Offer assistance across various areas and teams as required.
**What You Need for Success**
- Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Ability to work Mondays to Thursdays from 8:00 am to 3:00pm and then Fridays 8:00am to 1:00pm, with availability during peak busy times.
- Display a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor, showcasing adaptability and teamwork.
- Stay composed under pressure, demonstrating the ability to work independently and multitask.
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) with an enthusiasm for embracing new technologies.
- Familiarity with SAGE 300 and CRM experience would be advantageous.

Pay: $16.75-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week
