**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**:

- Approve and process new memberships, ensuring all necessary information, billing details, and fitness assessments are properly documented.
- Monitor daily reports from MTS, identifying and rectifying declined payments by promptly contacting members.
- Process member requests and follow up until the request is fulfilled.
- **Financial Processing**:

- Process daily receipts accurately.
- Monitor receivables accounts to ensure they are brought back to good standing as quickly as possible.
- Monitor credit card information on file for pending expiries and contact members to update details before declines occur.
- **Reporting and Communication**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Collaborate with the Collections Officer to manage delinquent accounts and assist members in avoiding collections status.
- Keep MTS informed of any accounts in collections to remove their follow-ups.
- Send accounts to in house collections as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Experience with Antaris is preferred but not a requirement

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
